Nooch New York is a contemporary Noodle restaurant which is intentionally design to interact with the city through its graphical nature and openness. The entrance greeting is a “billboard” of a pan-Asian model which reflects the nature of the food served and the attitude of the restaurant. This modern restaurant is designed for this location but is at home anywhere in the world, free of design historical references. The entire restaurant is open through the full length wrap around glass facade. This modern contemporary interior design has 60 seats restaurant. With the area of 93 meters square and budget of USD 600,000 it certainly is the most expensive noodle bar ever designed. This contemporary interior design has won the best new restaurant design, Esquire Magazine in 2003.
